Caroline Marks

Caroline Marks started out with an Accounting background. She joined Wagner Financial Services in 2001 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and leads our Financial Services Department.  She manages client services, including account set up, maintenance, correspondence and Managing Client Portfolios and Mutual Fund Trading. Through her efforts, our clients have benefited from Caroline’s quality service and people oriented approach.

Since joining the firm, Caroline has herself become a Registered Representative holding Series 6 (Investment Company Products/ Variable Contracts Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) securities registrations, and has been promoted to Financial Services Manager responsible for supervising clerical staff. While she continues to Manage Client Services for Marc S. Wagner.

In 2012 Caroline has attended the HD Vest Financial Planning Institute where she received a  Certification. She has practical knowledge in areas such as the investment planning process, cash flow management, time value of money, equities, tax planning, and, retirement planning.

Caroline is a Tax Preparer and prepares Individual and  Estate Tax Returns and well versed in basic bookkeeping functions.  

Caroline is studying to take the Enrolled Agent (Enrolled to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service) exam to further her professional certifications.

Caroline is married with a beautiful young daughter. She enjoys family activities and spending time at the Jersey shore in the summer time.
