Caroline Marks

Caroline started out with an accounting background. She joined Wagner Financial Services in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Caroline leads our Financial Services Department. She manages client services, including account setup, maintenance, correspondence, and the management of client portfolios and mutual fund trading. Through Caroline’s efforts, our clients have benefited from her quality service and people-oriented approach.

Since joining the firm, Caroline has become a Registered Representative holding Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) securities registrations and has earned her insurance producer license.

Caroline was promoted to Financial Services Manager where she is responsible for supervising our clerical staff. She also continues to manage client services for Marc Wagner.

In 2012, Caroline attended the HD Vest Financial Planning Institute where she earned a certification. She has practical knowledge in areas such as the investment planning process, cash flow management, time value of money, equities, tax planning, and retirement planning.

Caroline is a tax preparer who prepares Individual and estate tax returns. She is also well versed in basic bookkeeping functions.

Caroline is married with a beautiful young daughter. She enjoys family activities and spending time at the Jersey shore in the summertime.
